Request to Contribute Traditional Chinese Translation to the New 101-Course

I am currently reading and translating the Hugging Face LLM course into Traditional Chinese, as documented in Pull Request #991. During this process, I noticed that @burtenshaw and the team are restructuring several chapters into a new "101-course."

I would like to ask about the possibility of contributing Traditional Chinese translations to the new 101-course. Specifically:

• Is the 101-course open for translation contributions at this stage?
• Is the course content stable enough for translation, or is it still under active development?

• Is it possible to start contributing Traditional Chinese translations to the 101-course now, or should I wait until the content is more stable?
• If contributions are welcome, could you provide guidance on the preferred workflow and any specific requirements for translation PRs?

Hey @thliang01 ! Thanks for the interest. Just so you know, I'm planning this restructure for September. The simple plan is to move all the content out of the course that does not focus on LLMs, and make a course purely on the Hub.

Is the 101-course open for translation contributions at this stage?

Yes! and existing translations from the LLM course will be migrated.

Is the course content stable enough for translation, or is it still under active development?

New chapters are not stable, but the existing LLM course chapters are.

Is it possible to start contributing Traditional Chinese translations to the 101-course now, or should I wait until the content is more stable?

I would suggest sticking to the LLM course repo, and we can migrate your translation here when ready.
