Speed up testing on EU, and fix a large number of bugs uncovered by the resulting timing changes. Improve (but not yet perfect) FSK handling. Make sure that clock error is generally used, but make it unnecessary on MCCI's Murata-based platforms. Update calculation of RX window params to be closer to the Semtech sample code.
At the moment, the EU compliance sketch is too big to fit on an AVR 32u4. so we've temporarily (we hope) disabled the build in
.travis.yml.
