Run the business operations of Ceptr. Successfully launch Ceptr, crypto fuel, and Source Tree Commons as a self-governing community equipped to steward the future of Ceptr and shared STC assets. Establish our new economy "mythos" (formerly known as "brand") as coherence & integrity compressed into recognizable identity/name & icon/logo.

Completed do-op profiles from other teams so that we can support information and resource flows. Funding & Budgets. Server infrastructure.
Manage distribution of financial and real resources for teams and people. Enhancements to teams and do-ops. Legal documents, licenses. Strategic partnerships and relationships. Training and development for team members and coherence holders. Support structures / management structures for productivity, activities, and resource flows.
How do people join the do-op? : By invitation of existing do-op members. Contact the coherence holder if you are interested in taking on weekly accountabilities in this domain.
What are the agreements that people will adhere to as participants of the do-op? : Weekly meetings. Task tickets. Performance metrics for accountabilities.
How do people leave or get expelled from the do-op? : Individuals can opt to leave, or the team can identify patterns of interference, distraction, or poor fit and have someone (probably Arthur as bad-cop?) have a conversation for required shifts or departure.
Biz team is using a Trello board for tickets and coordination. We are also trying to support the do-ops in completing their designs and sharing them on this wiki. You could say that even these do-op pages are a part of the running the Ceptr Biz.
We're meeting weekly. Accomplishment of promised tasks by due date operate at over 80%.
The Biz Team will be publishing and sharing organizational documents into the ceptr-org repo and wiki (Where you're reading this page now.). Also we'll be using issues tickets for organizational tasks to provide some visibility and transparency about milestones and work in progress.
Weekly online meetings (currently twice/week, but may reduce to once/week). Tickets for tracking promised tasks. Performance measures for monthly cycles of accountabilities and feedback. Slack channel #do-op_biz. This ceptr-org repository for public sharing. Owncloud, HackMD & Google Docs for some doc generation & storage.
