@drammock I added two deps to doc group inspired by sphinx-gallery/sphinx-gallery#1514. Without these you can't run doc build properly or import mne.decoding. I double-checked that adding them here doesn't affect the min-pin updating below. I don't think we need any pins here and can just live with the ones below
