Initial work on adding support for structured output via the
response_formatargument in OpenAI chat completion requests (and similar for other models). Usesmodel_settingsto achieve this.This is only partially implemented right now but I'm opening the PR as a way to ensure I (or someone else) don't forget to get this across the line ASAP.
