Add a sprite should default to Code tab (as in 2.0)

In Scratch 2.0 if you 1) add a Backdrop then 2) add a Sprite you end up in the Scripts tab.
In Scratch 3.0 if you do the same steps you end up in the Costumes tab (not the Code tab).

This is disorienting and means that almost every Scratch card would need to have an extra step added to say "Click the Code tab."
