It was unclear before which of the `sendgrid` were references to the package and which were references to the variable name. Hopefully this changes makes that more clear.
overview needed to be index.html and then have the link format changed I added notes to the old endpoints about being deprecated moved parse settings to the Webhooks directory

For some reason the md links inside the table elements are not being rendered properly. This is replaced by html anchors.
